BuildNext's internal project management team will track data coming from your site on a daily basis and address any deviations from plan on a priority basis.

BuildNext's internal research team creates standards with respect to material, labor and machinery that needs to go into each activity at site. You can simply drag and drop these standards and add your quantity to get an accurate BOQ. Answer to this is yes and no! BuildNext does full planning upfront making sure to include all features you need for your dream project is accounted for prior to beginning any construction. This will include compound walls, septic tanks, gates, landscaping and in certain cases even home automation and solar installation! So the project cost will completely depend on the feautures you require. Please ensure all these are covered in your market estimate. BuildNext coordinates execution with the Channel Partners using technology to monitor progress. All client promises are met by BuildNext and sole responsibility of BuildNext.

Usually BuildNext only takes on full Design, Planning and Build projects so that we can protect all aspects of Customer Experience with respect to Cost, Time and Quality. However, we do undertake Build only contracts but with a small fee towards elements of Design, Planning and VR and to onboard the project to BuildNext technology platform. We do this to ensure BuildNext standards are followed throughout the construction stages so that project is eligible for BuildNext Guarantees and Warranties. That said, BuildNext will not undertake a labor only contract.

No, we typically don't do a Design only contract.

BuildNext will take a Project Management contract on a case to case basis. In all such cases, a fee will be chargeable to onboard the project on to BuildNext technology platform.

Ofcourse we can do only material supply, but BuildNext Guarantees and Warranties with respect to cost, time and quality won't be applicable to such projects.
